At My Neurodiversity Coach, we support the families who love and care for neurodivergent children through personalized family unit coaching and advocacy — helping you find empowerment, purpose, and joy as you navigate life together.

Our Story

As parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children, we know how overwhelming it can feel to support your child’s needs while also holding your family together. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, school systems, daily routines, or simply trying to get through the week—it's easy to feel like you're climbing a mountain with no map.

We get it. And we’re here to help.

We’re Juliana and Alexa, the founders of My Neurodiversity Coach. We’re proud moms and seasoned educators with over 30 years of combined experience—as an Elementary School Principal and a District Director of Special Education.

We’ve spent our careers walking alongside families in the school system, and we've experienced the journey personally as parents. We’ve seen how much families are asked to carry—and how powerful it can be when they get the right kind of support.

That’s why we created My Neurodiversity Coach: to provide family unit coaching and consulting that lifts up the whole team—not just the child, but the people who love and care for them, too.

Our mission is to help families move from overwhelm to clarity, from confusion to confidence, and from survival to joy. We believe in a strengths-based approach that celebrates your child’s neurodivergence and empowers your family to thrive—together.

Together, we will find your family’s path to confidence and joy. Let’s start with a conversation.
